Parcel B-4 is a 5 unit shell building project with Starbucks as the anchor store located on a 1.04 acre site. Our scope of work included E&S, layout, traffic control, grading, building pad, water, sewer, storm drain, grease trap, concrete, standard and pervious asphalt, landscaping, striping and signage.
