Pipe Crew:

Pipe Foreman: We are looking for a knowledgeable, self-starting Pipe Foreman with a good driving record. We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in a supervisory position. You will be responsible for reading plans, working with the owners, ordering material, scheduling work and inspections, and running a crew of up to 5 people. Salary and benefits are based on experience and negotiated at time of hire. Sewer, Water and Storm Drain experience are a must.

Excavator Operator: We are looking for a knowledgeable, self-starting pipe operator with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a mainline operator. You will need experience with all types of shoring and dewatering. You must have your own transportation. Salary and benefits are based on experience and negotiated at time of hire. Sewer, Water and Storm Drain Experience are a must.

Loader Operator: We are looking for a knowledgeable, self-starting Loader Operator with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a mainline operator. You will need experience with all types of shoring and dewatering. You must have your own transportation. Salary and benefits are based on experience and negotiated at time of hire. Sewer, Water and Storm Drain Experience are a must.

Lead Pipe Layer: We are look for a lead pipe layer with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead pipe layer. You will need experience in setting line and grade with the installation of sewer, water, and storm drain. Reading plans and shooting grades is a plus. You must have your own transportation. Salary and benefits are based on experience and negotiated at time of hire.

Tailman: We are looking for a knowledgeable, self-starting tailman with a minimum of 2 years of pipe crew experience working with a lead pipe layer. Sewer, Water and Storm Drain experience is a must. You must have your own transportation. Salary and benefits are based on experience and negotiated at time of hire.

Bankman: We are looking for a hard worker with a minimum of 1 year of experience working on a pipe crew. You must have your own transportation. Salary and benefits are based on experience and negotiated at time of hire. 

Mechanic:

We are looking for a knowledgeable, self-starting mechanic with a minimum of 10 years of experience working on heavy equipment, dump trucks, and fleet vehicles. Shop management experience is a plus. You must be flexible and willing to work in the shop, as well as the field when required. You will be working directly with the owner, our General Superintendent, truck drivers, and occasionally our foreman. You must have a good driving record. Salary and Benefits will be based on experience and negotiated at time of hire.


Grade Crew:


Grade Foreman: We are looking for a knowledgeable grade foreman with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a supervisor. You will need previous and current operating experience grading with a dozer and an excavator. GPS knowledge and experience are a must. You will need experience in managing your own projects, reading plans, setting up and operating a rotating laser, calculating slopes and elevations, coordinating with owners, and setting up your own trucks and materials as needed. You will need experience in managing a 3 to 5 person crew. You must have a good driving record. Salary and benefits will be based on experience and negotiated at time of hire.

Grade Operator: We are looking for an experienced grading operator with a minimum of 5 years of experience operating an excavator, dozer, loader, skid steer, roller and off-road truck. GPS experience is a must. You must have your own transportation. Salary and benefits will be based on experience and negotiated at time of hire.

Grade Laborer: We are looking for a hard worker with a minimum of 1-year experience on a grade crew. You must have your own transportation. Salary and benefits will be based on experience and negotiated at time of hire.


Class "A" CDL Driver:

We are looking for a Class "A" CDL driver with a minimum of 5 years experience driving a low boy and moving heavy equipment. Must have a clean driving record and not mind working when there is work to be done. Pay and Benefits based on experience and good references.


Project Administrator/ Office Administrator:

​We are looking for a Project Administrator/ Office Administrator that can perform the following responsibilities:

Has experience with Underground utility/Heavy Highway construction company. 
Has experience with obtaining permitting and licensing with local municipalities for required projects.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for company.
Process weekly payroll.
Manage company health insurance/new enrollments, garnishments, etc.
Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits for company.
Analyze discrepancies, unpaid invoices, and collections for company.
Reconcile and balance all accounts for company.
Match pick tickets to invoices for jobs and cross reference quotes for accurate pricing.
Recording of day to day financial transactions of company.
Perform various accounting functions, including inter-company, month-end, and quarterly review and adjustments for company.
Assist in development of budgets, internal control, and accounting workflow for company.
Answer office phone calls.
Work with CPA to prepare company and client financials and tax returns.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in Accounting preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience handling Bookkeeping functions, including AP, AR, Bank Reconciliations, processing checks, collections, and daily data entry into Accounting system.
Previous experience in the Construction and/or Real Estate and Custom Home Building industries.
Intermediate to Advance proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks. Experience with ADP and processing certified payrolls preferred, but not required.
Exceptional organizational skills needed, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Must be proactive, motivated and possess strong management and communication skills.
